I am a member of the leadership board for The Walt Disney Company’s Enterprise PRIDE Business Employee Resource Group, where I serve as an Ally Engagement Co-Lead.

In that role, I create and distribute educational resources on how to be an effective ally for the LGBTQIA+ community and various sub-communities within that umbrella.

I have facilitated virtual meetups for queer employees across the Disney enterprise, worked to incorporate Marvel’s isolated employees into the broader enterprise community, and serve on the communications committee for the 2024 Pride Month celebrations.

From 2019-2021, until I moved out of the state, I served on the ACLU of Ohio’s Board of Directors.

I was the chair of the Strategic Planning Committee, through which I led a statewide listening campaign and a 6-month+ conversation and drafting process to transform feedback from volunteers, board members, staff, and as many other Ohioans as possible into our three-year strategic plan.

I also was a member of the board’s Equity and Inclusion Committee, ensuring that the staff hiring process remained equitable.
